Cancelation/ No Show & Rebooking Policy
Your appointment is very important to me. I schedule every client myself & make sure there is enough time to complete the service that has been scheduled.
I respectfully ask for a 24 hour notice of Cancelation or rescheduling of your appointment.
- Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged 50% of service value.
- Cancellations less than 1 hour notice will be charged 100% of the service value.
- Note: ALL NO-SHOW appointments will be charged 100% of the service value.
- Cancel appointments online only.
- Please do not contact directly .

If you are ill or there is an emergency please call & you will not be charged for the service value.

Priority rebooking for illness and no penalty.
I recommend color touch ups book 4-8 weeks. No appointments will be booked beyond 8 weeks.
Direct message( text) and request a time and day. 24 hour response is expected.
Extensions:
- Ktips 2-4 month removal. Beyond 4 months and a fee is charged.
- Wefts 4 week move up. Beyond that and a fee is charged for matting.

- I always have a cancelation list. Please DM me to request a day & time to be put on this list.
- Squeezing in appointments is difficult.
- No Online Booking available.
- Online canceling is still available.
- Please contact 248.421.8030 via text (only) to reschedule.
